CHCF Receives $200,000 Investment in After-School Programs from Assembly Member Yudelka Tapia

The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families (CHCF) was honored to welcome Assembly Member Yudelka Tapia, where she announced a $200,000 investment to support programming for local youth.

During her visit, Assembly Member Tapia had the opportunity to see our students in action as they proudly showcased STEM projects they have been working on throughout the program. From robotics to an erupting volcano experiment, students demonstrated creativity and a passion for learning.

This funding will help CHCF continue providing after-school experiences that support academic growth, social development, and hands-on learning opportunities for children and families in our community.

CHCF is deeply grateful to Assembly Member Yudelka Tapia for her continued support of our youth and her commitment to investing in programs that strengthen families and communities.
