Let's Make Thanksgiving
Happen Together!

CHCF’s Annual Thanksgiving Dinner event began in 2005, as a community service project for the students at PS/MS279. The goal of this event was to provide a special meal for the elderly and homeless community members located around the school. Over time, the event turned into a tradition for our entire community. Today, the Annual Thanksgiving Dinner is also held in 6 other locations (PS59, PS.226, PS279 School, CHCF FCCN network, the Bronx Salvation Army, and Nuestros Ninos Daycare Center in Brooklyn). Last year, alone, we fed over 3,000 people at our Thanksgiving Dinners, and 1000 families were able to take home a Turkey to share with their families.

Our goal is to continues to grow this event and provide families with the ingredients to prepare their own dinner at home. To make this event a reality, CHCF relies on generous donations from individuals like yourself.

Any donation, no matter how big or small, will help make a difference and allow us to support our community during these unpredictable times. Your kindness and generosity are appreciated and will help us make a difference in the lives of so many families

Our Goal is to Feed 1,200 Families This Year!

Your donation is 100% tax-deductible
