Ms. Chambers is a private markets consultant focusing on private equity, infrastructure, and opportunistic asset classes. Ms. Chambers has over 25 years of industry experience. She also specializes in developing emerging manager platforms and special investment vehicles for institutional investors. In addition to her consulting responsibilities, Ms. Chambers is a member of Meketa’s Board, Emerging and Diverse Manager, Private Markets Policy, Private Markets Research, and Diversity Leadership Committees.

In addition, Ms. Chambers is a member of the Board of Directors of Comtech Telecommunications Corp (Nasdaq: CMTL) where she is chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Chambers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Accounting from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ms. Chambers is dedicated to addressing issues of poverty and educational opportunities for youth. As such, she is the chair of the Advisory Board of the Robert Toigo Foundation and serves as a special advisor to the National Association of Securities Professionals Southern California Chapter. In addition, Ms. Chambers is on the Advisory Board of the Jazz Foundation of America and is a past member of the Board of Trustees for Community Service Society of New York. She is also a member of The Links, Incorporated.
