Latino/ELL Forum on Early Care and Education

On June 24, 2008, the Latino Coalition for Early Care and Education (LCECE), a policy initiative of CHCF, held the Latino/ELL Forum on Early Care and Education. The event convened national experts, local and state government officials, advocates, and over 100 professionals in the field to discuss the needs of Latino and English Language Learner children in the early care and education system.
