Family Literacy
Studies show that a parent or guardian who reads aloud with their child develops the child's listening, vocabulary and language skills. Additionally, the child also develops their imagination and creative skills.

Through the instruction of a librarian/computer technician, a literacy specialist, a parent liaison, a school aid and art teachers, parents and students begin their project together, which consists of writing, illustrating and publishing a family autobiography.
